Yo. Check it. The Kitsch Skateboards team will be joining us ( minus Jesse Booi ) at this Saturday nights session. Yup, that's right. This Saturday January 20th from 8:30pm - 11:30pm, the Kitsch team will gleaming the cube at the Centenial Building. Geoff Dermer, Brad Sheppard, and Cory Wilson will be performing a choreographed "skate dance" routine titled "the glory of it all". I'm kidding about the skate dance routine, but these fine fellows will be skating, and hanging out with us at this weeks indoor session. So invite a friend, tell all the skateboarders you know. It's going to be a rock n' roll Nanaimo good time. A huuuuuge thanks to Russ Morland for making this possible...put er' on my tab.

ReplyDelete...this is true. They are just a couple of skateboarders. They skate the stuff no different than we do. They will try some tricks, maybe land some, maybe not land some. We're just all going to have a good time. Besides, Soros will be there to give a demo.

ReplyDelete...you guys are harshing my mellow man. The truth that sponsored skaters aren't super hero's doesn't hurt. It just hurts Scott. They are just skateboarders that love skateboarding. Just regular dudes. I hope nobody is expecting a "demo", cause it's not. It's just a regular indoor session with some big city skateboarders coming over....and I'm going to have a roll of red carpet for them to walk in on....and they have thrones, covered in ruby's and diamonds to sit on, and I'll be feeding them grapes and champagne, and we will have a feast. We will feast like kings. And then we will dance. Just a regular saturday night session.
