..yeah, no doubt about that. If that's the case, what a way to sober up and realized you killed one of your best friends. Happens all too much.

whoa, I think there's a little question of whether he was drunk or not. Cut the guy some slack. Might just have been trying some dumb stunt.

...they were actually loaded, and Shane Cross was doubling on the back of the bike, no helmets of course, and they slammed into the wall of a building. It's really sad actually.

Yeah it sucks badly but remember know one forced that kid to get on the bike, they were/are both stupid, it could have been any of us, it's a loss and thats sad but I think Ali should be dealt with by the law and not an angry mob so to speak. I have checked a few sites were people are completely blaming him. He's an idiot, but so was anyone willing to ride with him. Still this is a horrible loss for all involved.

...no doubt I'm with Russ on this one. I've had the same situation happen to my friends back in Alberta, and sadly it was a mob justice situation, the surviving driver was outcasted from life basically...and nobobdy really took into account everybody involved had a choice to get in the vehicle....unfortunately i'm sure people will view this one with Ali no different.

Fuck eh? Shane was such a sick skater and getting sicker still... he went way too young. theres a few skaters that i work with, and i know that they are going to be hating on Ali, and haters are the last thing this tragedy needs... R.I.P. Shane, pull through for us Ali.
